We’ve got two levels, so every MSP, big or small, can show they’ve got what it takes:

Tier 1: Overall Prize – For six- or seven-figure MRR businesses that dominate their space. The top prize? $50,000 USD. 💥

Tier 2: Marked Improvement – For the MSPs on the rise, making huge strides. We’re awarding $10,000, $2,500, and $1,000 USD to the top performers. 🎉

Tier 3: Pillar Awards - The Top 1%

Tier 3 winners show documented double-digit MRR growth, full adoption of the 7 Figure MSP core plays (CSRA, Business Impact Framework, Secure Business Strategy), and consistent execution across every client. 1. Eligibility
• Contest is open only to active 7 Figure MSP Elite Members in good standing (dues paid, agreement active).
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of 7 Figure MSP are not eligible to win.

2. Contest Period
• The contest runs January 1 – September 30, 2025.
• All qualifying submissions must be completed and verified by 11:59 PM Central on October 10, 2025.

3. Entry Requirements
• Participants must submit proof of their MSP transformation in the format outlined by 7 Figure MSP

• Proof must include verified financials by a certified CPA, along with a letter of authenticity and a video from the applicant walking through the process (please attach either an unlisted YouTube or Google Drive link)
• Submissions must clearly show measurable impact across business growth and implementation of 7 Figure MSP systems.

4. Judging Criteria
Winners will be determined by a 7 Figure MSP judging panel based on:

• Documented Results (30%) – Verified MRR uplift, revenue growth, and business impact.
• Wins & Execution (30%) –
Including but not limited to:
• Client upgrades
• Closed new clients
• FTAs completed
• CSRAs completed
• Presentations completed
• Full sales & marketing snapshot with summary
• MRR uplift
• Impact/Transformation Story (20%) – Clear demonstration of how the business has been transformed.
• Implementation of 7 Figure MSP Systems & Plays (10%)
• Presentation/Clarity (10%)

5. Finalists & Winner Selection
• The judging panel will select the Top 4 Finalists.
• Finalists will present live on stage at the Q4 2025 7 Figure MSP Live Event.
• A combination of the judging panel and live event audience feedback will determine the Grand Prize Winner.

6. Prizes
• Grand Prize Winner (1st Place): $50,000 cash prize + stage recognition + featured case study + major marketing exposure
• 2nd Place: $5,000 cash prize + recognition + featured case study
• 3rd Place: One free month of Elite membership + sponsor awards + recognition + featured case study
• 4th Place: One free month of Elite membership + sponsor awards + recognition + featured case study
• All Qualified Entrants: Certificate of recognition as a Transform Your MSP Participant

7. Verification
• All submissions are subject to verification by 7 Figure MSP.
• Contestants may be asked to provide supporting financial statements, client data, or CRM screenshots to validate results.
• Any fraudulent or misrepresented information results in immediate disqualification.

8. General Rules
• By entering, participants grant 7 Figure MSP the right to use their story, likeness, and business results in marketing, training, and promotional materials. Financials will stay exclusively private and are for verification purposes only.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes.
• 7 Figure MSP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time.
• Decisions by the judging panel are final and binding.

Pillar Awards
(the top 4 in the Transform Your MSP Contest will not be eligible for any Pillar Awards)

1. Run the Play Award (Execution Pillar)

For the MSP that didn’t cherry-pick. They executed the CSRA/AIGPA/SBR process with every single client.

2. Double Your MRR Award (Sales Pillar)

For the MSP that grew recurring revenue the fastest using the Double Your MRR system. Pure growth, no dabbling.

3. SecureTrack Trust Award (Cybersecurity & Compliance Pillar)

For the MSP that drove the most complete adoption of the Secure Business Framework. Fully locked down, clients safer, risk reduced.

Rules & Conditions

1. Contest Overview

The Transform Your MSP Contest (the "Contest") is designed to recognize outstanding growth and innovation among 7 Figure MSP clients. Participants have the opportunity to compete for cash prizes by demonstrating financial growth, innovation, and operational improvements.

2. Eligibility

To enter the Contest, participants must meet the following requirements:

- Be a current member in good standing of the 7 Figure MSP program throughout 2025.

- Attend 3 of 4 quarterly LIVE Events hosted by 7 Figure MSP in 2025.

- Maintain a minimum Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of five figures in 2025 including at the time of submission.

Employees, contractors, or affiliates of 7 Figure MSP and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Timeline

- Submission Period: January 1, 2025 – October 1, 2025

- Judging Period: October 30, 2025 (onstage at the Q4 Live Event)

- Winner Announcement: October 30, 2025, during the Q4 Live Event.

- Finalists announced on or before October 15, 2025.

4. Entry Process

To participate, entrants must:

1. Submit a completed application form, detailing the 7 Figure MSP client company’s business growth and achievements, by October 1, 2025.

2. Present a live speech (no more than 10 minutes) during the Q4 Live Event showcasing their progress and transformation.

No entry fees are required.

5. Judging Criteria

Entries and winners will be evaluated based on:

- Financial growth (e.g., overall gross increased revenue/profitability).

- Marked Improvement: showing significant growth, such as hiring employees/contractors, increased seat costs, or a percentage increase in MRR

- Innovation in service offerings or business practices.

- Operational improvements, including efficiency gains.

- Speech skills (e.g., engagement, persuasiveness, organization)

In order to be considered as a Finalist, any entry must contain verifiable data along with an attestation signed by a certified CPA.

6. Voting and Judging

- Voting: Decisions will be based on a combination of:

- Judges’ vote: 1/3 of the total score, audience judges + Diamond Sponsors and Coaches, limited to live attendees at the Q4 Live Event

- Entry questionnaire: 2/3 of the total score, based on evaluation of Finalists’ questionnaire results.

- Tier 1 Grand Prize Winner – whoever receives the highest score will receive the Grand Prize

- Tier 2 Runners-up winners will be decided by whomever receives the next lowest scores after Tier 1.

In the case of a tie, only the Coaches will decide who receives the higher score by a majority vote. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

7. Prizes

Tier 1 (All Finalists are Eligible):

- Grand Prize: $50,000 USD.

Tier 2 (Runners-up):

- 1st Place: $10,000 USD
- 2nd Place: $2,500 USD
- 3rd Place: $1,000 USD

Prizes will be awarded in full, as cash payments, on the day of the announcement.

8. Conditions for Prizes

- In addition to the eligibility requirements in these Terms & Conditions, winners must be present in person at the Q4 Live Event to accept their prize. If someone has been selected as a finalist in October but fails to attend any day of the Q4 Live Event, that entrant will be immediately disqualified.

- Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and expressly agree to indemnify 7 Figure MSP for any tax-related liabilities associated with the prize.

- Winners must sign an agreement acknowledging the terms outlined herein, including the contest rules, eligibility, and their responsibility for taxes.

9. Promotion and Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that 7 Figure MSP may use their submitted materials, presentations, business results, and any related content for promotional purposes, both during and after the Contest. This
includes but is not limited to social media, website content, and event promotions.

10. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

- Providing false information in their submission.

- Failing to comply with contest rules or deadlines.

- If your business is based in the Americas - you must attend 3 of 4 live events - If your business is based in the APAC/EMEA Regions - you must attend 2 of 4 live events - proof of business registration will be required.

Disqualification decisions are final and will be made at the sole discretion of 7 Figure MSP & CEO Chris Wiser. No appeals will be accepted.

11. Disputes

All disputes regarding eligibility or results will be resolved by Chris Wiser, whose decision will be final and binding.

12. Miscellaneous

7 Figure MSP reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make the Contest impractical or impossible to conduct.
